No matter what we are thinking about life in the end we will need these three things. All are working hard and putting this much effect to have these three in their lives. One cannot be happy or peaceful without these things. People think that these are very expensive but it is not. Actually, it doesn't even cost. You can get it absolutely for free. You have to believe it.  Let's see how  first we have to accept the factor that being in peace is more important than anything even then the happiness.We have to put peace before a happiness. This things to be unfair or stupid but when you get older and why sir you will understand. In life, happiness and sadness both are there. It is all the part of the life. It will change according to the situation in our life. So we cannot determine or tell we will

How to get back to your life?

 Did you ever feel like you are lost in your life?


How it feels:

 You just go with the flow of life and don't have any idea about your self and your life. On that time we don't know what's going in our life but we just go with that flow. we don't take anything serious or we just let thing to be. It feels like being in a room where there is no light.



















Times like that feels worst actually because you don't know what to do next, you don't know where you are in your life, you don't know how to handle this things. But how to survive during this time, see you have a particular way where you continue to live in that. you have your particular track to keep you going.  you keep on tracking your things, keep on tracking your achievements, you keep on tracking your daily routine, you keep on tracking your habits but one when you get distracted or get out of all these track.










How to get back to your track?


 It is not easy to get back once you are distracted. It takes lot and lot of effort and hard work to be that person again. During the time getting back to life you may feel you are depressed, you feel your worthless, you feel like nothing happened for you etc. But that's not the truth actually. You are just in the bad phase of the life, that's it. When you feel like this just remember this one quote 








"Ignore your distractions focus on your goals"


Whatever happened in your life never forgot to  focus on your good things. you have certain things to achieve never. let it go. control your distractions stay focused. you know what nothing stays permanent, everything will change if it's your bad time definitely it is also going to change if it's your good time, it is also going to change it it feels hard but it's the reality. Ask yourself about what you want what you are going to do how you feel every day so that you don't get distracted again but once you get distracted just go and sit in a calm place and think about where you did that mistake. if you can really find the solution then go and do that now. never waste a single penny of your time. 

every morning is a new chance to change your life. get up and try to get back in your life do whatever it takes do whatever it needs to get back your life.

 Imagine you are stuck under black tunnel you don't know what to do next but just your moving forward you have no idea where it takes you but you just moving at the end of the tunnel you can see light. Life is like that you don't know where you are going but your goals only take you forward. When you are on a journey and you feel distracted  never ever forgot that why you are started and where you are started this journey. 

The path is hard, definitely. The path to success is very hard.  You get distracted, you get failed, you get tired, you get frustrated with your work, put it all that on other sites, stay focused. It's OK to take time, it's ok if you lost your ways, it's OK to get back to your life but what is not ok is just staying where you are.

 Every start is hard and every return is even more hard. When you start something you feel hard but when you are doing something again which you are not done for a particular amount of time is really hard. Believe me nothing in the world that is as hard as doing something again or going back to anything. 


Then you can ask me that if it is really hard or if it is that much hard can we able to do it? 

I said it is really hard but not impossible. Everything here is hard but not impossible even getting back To Life. To make that impossible happen you have to follow certain steps. 


There are certain things that actually help you to bring your life and your happiness back. What are they? 


First of all, believe. Believing on ourselves or believing on our lives is the very first thing that one have to do in life. Because there is no life if we don't believe. One cannot grow when he don't believe on himself. Just believe that you are good at your life, you can do what you want in the very best way. 


You may thought that you are not good at certain things. You may got failed in any exam. You may god rejected by any companies in an interview. You may fail to keep your relationship good. Whatever happened in your life, believe me there is a beautiful life for you ahead. No matter how bad you are past life is, no matter what you did in your past life, you're grades, you're relationship status anything doesn't matter to start a new and beautiful life for yourself but only you want and you believe in yourself. 


A beautiful life isn't gifted but created. We all can make our life beautiful by just believing that our life are beautiful. Believing can make lot of miracles happen. Even you don't have anything but just believe in your dreams and you sincerely work for it then it will definitely come to you no matter what. Even your life also be in track when you believe in yourself first. 


Second, gratitude. Gratitude, a thanksgiving small act but has a potential to change your life completely. Gratitude is the only thing that make you to fall in love with not only life but the life you already have. If you follow gratitude everyday you can actually see that life Tony into a positive and beautiful thing that you can ever have. 


There is a beautiful quotes that actually point out the importance of appreciating the things we have.

If you have a roof over your head, if you have a family that loves you, if you have few good friends and food on your table then you are richer then you think. 


If you ever think your life is hard, then just think about the people who don't have any shelter, any food and any people to talk with. can you ever imagine a life like that? 


 Obviously no. We all need for shelter and some people we love. Here blessed with these things but forget and to address the blessing. We are get used to it and we thought it is very normal but it doesn't. We only realize this things value when it is not there. But wise people know these value when everything exists in their life. So be a wise person. 

To Make you wise person, you have to follow gratitude. 


Saying thanks for realizing what we have today is all gratitude is about. So practice gratitude. Every single day in your life. 


Third, fall in love with yourself. Whatever you do will definitely affect yourself. Whatever it may be, It maybe good or bad. So you have to realize the value of yourself in your life. There is no good teacher to yourself then you. Only you can tell and change yourself into a person you want to be in this life. If you keep complaining about yourself and haven't take the action to change that's clearly means that you don't have enough self love. Because if you love yourself, you put every steps and action into improving yourself. Self love doesn't mine that you can do whatever you love to do, no it is not actually a self love. Self love means that you are doing something even you don't like it but only for the goodness of yourself or for the future self with all discipline.
