No matter what we are thinking about life in the end we will need these three things. All are working hard and putting this much effect to have these three in their lives. One cannot be happy or peaceful without these things. People think that these are very expensive but it is not. Actually, it doesn't even cost. You can get it absolutely for free. You have to believe it.  Let's see how  first we have to accept the factor that being in peace is more important than anything even then the happiness.We have to put peace before a happiness. This things to be unfair or stupid but when you get older and why sir you will understand. In life, happiness and sadness both are there. It is all the part of the life. What to do when you have a bad day

 Bay days are common in life. It will come and go like the good days of our life. In fact bad days are really important. It is important to understand the value of happiness. We can't be happy all the time if we it will become boring. We need something to happen in our life to motive us towards being happy. We sometimes feel like 'these bad thing will happen only for me' that's not true. Bad thing happen for everyone. Everyone have to go through their bad time in their life. But the most important thing is "HOW YOU ARE GOING TO HANDLE YOUR BAD DAYS".  You can either feel bad  nor learn from it and move on. The  choice is always yours. Remember

  Bad days are often for good. Your bad days teach you the most things that a good days can. You know what there is nothing called bad days it is all about your mindset for that day. your main goal should be staying positive and controlled in your bad days. Staying positive in bad days is hard in the beginning. It requires lot of practice  to do so. But how you can simply do that is, simply get a paper and pen and write down the things you are grateful for. I can be many thing or just a single thing like your pet, achievements you did in the past or it can be the breath you took right now. Anything you can write (please write it don't type in your smart phones). Write it with your hands. Then with your full concentration read that as many times you want to. This helps you to understand value of your life. 
Try to stay control your anger in your bad days. Remember you have a bad day not others. Try to stay calm as much as possible and if you can't stay quite. But always remember

"Ever situation has a reason or lesson"
